In our Pilates classes, you'll work on core strength, flexibility, and balance whilst connecting deeply with your body. Each session is designed to help you feel centred and revitalised, whether you're a beginner or more experienced. With a range of movements and modifications available, you can move at a pace that suits you best. Over time, you'll develop your own rhythm and flow, adapting each exercise to suit your unique body.
There's no right or wrong way—just a foundation you can personalise as you build strength and awareness. Expect positive energy, friendly smiles, and a nurturing environment that lifts you up!

First-timers – head up the main entry of the Te Auaha building, upon entering you will find the elevator behind the stairs. Press level 5, and you’ll find studio 6 on your left. You'll know you're in the right place when you hear the calming music guiding you in!
We have changing facilities and wharepaku (toilets), and there's filtered water available at the building.
Everyone – please bring a water bottle and your own mat and come with an open mind. Be ready to let go, unwind, and connect with your body.
